1.0 By using this website and, or downloading software from this site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1.1 You must be aged 18 or over, to make a purchase from this website.
1.2 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on this website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. Your continued use of this website shall signify your acceptance of the prevailing terms and conditions at the time of your use.
PRIVACY & DATA POLICY
2.0 iPhoneUnlocked.biz are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
2.1 Other than PayPal which is our Credit/Debit Card clearer, we do not share, sell, or rent your information to any other third party.

UNLOCKING SOFTWARE
3.0 The software that may be downloaded from our site is designed to remove the network restrictions from the Apple iPhone. It is not suitable for use with other types of cell phones.
3.1 iPhoneUnlocked.biz is unaware of problems that may be caused by the use of the unlocking software we supply however, we do not offer warranties of any kind relating to the provision of information, software, or the service we provide on this web site.
3.2 Please note: By using our service and downloading software from this web site you accept that iPhoneUnlocked.biz will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of software, data or information that is offered via this website.
REFUND PROCEDURE
4.0 You may request a refund in the unlikely event that our software fails to unlock your iPhone BUT you must first contact our Technical Support for help.
4.1 If our Technical Support staff cannot offer assistance that results in the unlocking of your iPhone then you can email us to request a refund PROVIDED that your request reaches us no later than 7 days from the date of purchase.
4.2 Please note: if you have previously attempted an unlock of your iPhone with a competitor’s product (software) and failed then you may not be liable for a refund which will be approved at the discretion of our Technical Support staff.
4.3 Approved refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt by us of your emailed refund request although this does not include the time it takes PayPal or your Credit/Debit Card company to transit the funds to your account.
4.4 Refunds can only be made to the same Credit/Debit Card that was used for your purchase and to the original account holder.
DISPUTES
5.0 The jurisdiction for any disputes that may arise between iPhoneUnlocked.biz and customers who use this web site shall be the courts of England & Wales (UK).
